# What You Need:

→ Meats

01 - 3.5 oz salami, sliced
02 - 3.5 oz prosciutto
03 - 3.5 oz smoked ham, sliced

→ Cheeses

04 - 4.2 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
05 - 4.2 oz gouda cheese, cubed
06 - 3.5 oz fresh mozzarella balls
07 - 2.5 oz brie, cut into wedges

→ Fruits & Vegetables

08 - 1 cup green grapes
09 - 1 cup red grapes
10 - 1 small cucumber, sliced
11 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes
12 - ½ cup black olives
13 - ½ cup green olives
14 - 1 small red bell pepper, sliced (for decoration)

→ Crackers & Bread

15 - 3.5 oz assorted crackers (gluten-free if desired)
16 - 1 small baguette, sliced

→ Garnishes

17 - Fresh rosemary sprigs (for tree branches)
18 - Star-shaped cheese slice (cheddar or gouda, for tree topper)

# Directions:

01 - Using rosemary sprigs, create the outline of a Christmas tree on a large rectangular serving board.
02 - Arrange sliced baguette and crackers in a wide row at the bottom of the board to form the base of the tree.
03 - Add horizontal rows of meats, cheeses, grapes, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives above the base, tapering each row to form a tree shape. Alternate colors and textures for visual interest.
04 - Position the star-shaped cheese slice at the apex of the assembly as a tree topper.
05 - Fill any remaining spaces with additional rosemary sprigs and red bell pepper strips for decorative effect.
06 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
