# Directions:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer or whisk until light and fluffy.
03 - Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the whole milk until incorporated.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, fine sea salt, and ground cinnamon.
05 - Gradually fold dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined without overmixing.
06 - Gently fold in diced apples and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
